Our cold room panels are produced by injecting polyurethane foam with a density of 42 ±2 kg/m³ between two 0.50 mm metal sheets, forming durable and easy-to-install camlock panels. By default, our panels comply with the B2 fire resistance standard, with the option to upgrade to B1 fire resistance upon request. Panels can be produced in thicknesses of 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm, offering flexibility for a wide range of applications.

How long does installation take?
The full process of design and installation can take as little as seven days with minimal disruption to your business. Our highly trained team will ensure that the best possible care is taken when installing your new cold or freezer room. If the product you are looking for is not in stock, then please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery.
Can I install myself?
Our modular cold rooms are specially created rooms with standard sizes which makes it easy for customers to install themselves. The floor and ceiling are already cut to the size with walls and can be easily locked together to fit around the floor. These modular rooms are popular as they are ideal for daily use.
What will happen on the day of installation?
Once your bespoke cold room is ready for installation, it will be arranged for a time that suits you. Depending on the size of the room and where is will be located, installation can take a few hours to complete. The room should be ready to use immediately after installation. Our expert team work quickly and efficiently, and your business will suffer minimal disruption.
